Airboxr is a data automation platform for DTC founders and marketers. Business leaders need data to make decisions, but they are not data analysts. We make it easy for them to get the right information at the right time with a single click.
We're proudly a remote-first and hands-off company. As long as you can take ownership of your work, you don't need to work on a strict schedule. At the same time, we measure performance by deliverables and timelines.
About your Role
You will work closely with the founder and senior leaders to understand the ideal customer profile for the Airboxr business. You will then own the identification, outreach, and relationship building with such qualified prospects. Initially, you will set up demos and early conversations with the founders and senior leaders. Over time, you may be tasked with doing demos yourself.
Some important pointers for success in this role:
Airboxr is a global product and you may be required to work odd-hours from time to time. Typically, these will be determined in advance based on the geographies you are targeting. Or when a prospect has asked for a call at a specific time.
You must be comfortable with all modes of communication. The perfect customer may be on e-mail, LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit subreddits, or at the end of a long-distance phone call.

Responsibilities
Accurately represent Airboxr’s offerings to prospects by putting it into the right context for the potential user.
Prospect for the right leads based on company, size, tech, level, etc.
Write customized e-mails to prospects and get them on a call with the team
Generate leads by engaging, building relationships, and qualifying prospective customers
Actively and regularly reach out to prospective customers over different channels like phone, email and social media.
Manage, track and report daily prospecting and lead generation activities to the reporting manager
This is a dynamic role and expectations from you (and the product) will keep evolving. But we expect the following to remain critical:
You can communicate well over e-mail, calls, and video.
You can hold an intelligent conversation with prospects from the ecommerce space. It’s ok if you aren’t an expert yet, we will make you one.
You are an avid follower of tech trends and (ideally) ecommerce trends.
You contribute to the team’s culture in a positive way.
You ask for, and provide, feedback to your team mates to help everyone grow.
Ideally, you should have more than 1 years of experience.
